1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the website techsoftonics.com and purchasing our digital products or SaaS solutions (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services.
2. License and Use of Software TechSoftonics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solutions (such as WA Sender and Business Cloud APIs) strictly for your internal business operations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute our software without explicit written permission.
3. Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy Our messaging and automation tools are designed to facilitate legitimate business communication. You agree NOT to use TechSoftonics products to:
- Send unsolicited spam, harassing messages, or deceptive content.
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (including WhatsApp/Meta’s official policies).
- Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- TechSoftonics reserves the right to immediately terminate the account of any user found violating this anti-spam policy, without any refund.
4. Intellectual Property All content, software, graphics, video tutorials, and branding on techsoftonics.com and our official YouTube channel are the exclusive property of TechSoftonics and are protected by international copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability Our tools and software are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. TechSoftonics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or account bans on third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp) resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
6. Refunds and Cancellations Due to the digital nature of our SaaS products and downloadable software, all sales are subject to our specific Refund & Cancellation Policy. We highly recommend utilizing available demos or trial versions before making a purchase.
7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
