1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for digital products, software, or services may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the product/service has not already been delivered, activated, or used.
  • Once the product license, download link, or service access has been issued, cancellations will no longer be possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
    • The product/service delivered is defective, malfunctioning, or not as described.
    • A technical issue prevents product activation or use, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
    • Duplicate payments made due to technical errors.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Products/services already delivered, downloaded, or used.
    • Issues caused by the customer’s own system, network, or device incompatibility (unless clearly stated in the product description).

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, transaction fees or gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
